Rieger takes 3rd place at RAW 25

We are delighted to have won the RAW 25 – the Resilience Award Economy 2025. Rieger Metallveredlung was awarded 3rd place in a strong field of applicants – for our commitment to integration, language promotion and securing skilled workers.

The award ceremony took place as part of a festive event at which companies from all over Germany were recognized for their sustainable, resilient strategies.

Appreciation for diversity in practice

Our initiative to offer people from different cultural backgrounds career prospects at Rieger – regardless of their knowledge of German – was particularly highlighted by the jury. The laudatory speech at the award ceremony sums up what drives us:
